"In this information age, as a minister in the United Church of Canada, I am continuously reading,
researching, filing information, and writing. I asked Katryn Harris from Open Box Integration Inc. to
create a database for all my files, research notes, scripture references, etc. I wanted to be able to save, store, track and retrieve information quickly. For example, if I am writing on the theme of ‘abundance’, I wanted a program which could retrieve and filter my stored information through several lenses. Katryn discussed with me a variety of options and informed me of how the technology could assist my goal. She listened carefully to my needs and helped me to understand the scope of a reference database.
The reference database is an excellent tool. It is set up so that I can file and access a variety of media types, which are cross-referenced according to author, topics, date, synopsis, themes, and categories. As a system tool, it is easy to use. The more I use it, the more I wonder how I got along without a reference database before. My filing cabinet is now on my desktop. It is a quick, easy, effective, and time saving systems tool. I highly recommend the services of Open Box Integration Inc., I have been very pleased with the product, installation and support."
